SSC 1/25/18 Overview

We learned many things from our Thursday meeting, most importantly - how things are paid for and budgeted. With this new information in mind we have a better understanding of how our monies work in the school.
Thank you everyone who participated in the LCAP Parent Survey - we were the 3rd highest in participation!
We are working hard on finding someone for a music class for our Kinders to participate in. There is talk of expanding the art classes to Kinder on a case-by-case basis.
Mrs. Bright is also working on getting the STEAM center to be used for other things besides the STEAM Field Trips that have been going on this school year. As of right now the answer to using the STEAM center for anything else is, "Not yet." (This answer comes from the STEAM Committee themselves.)
Our next meeting is Feb. 8th, 2018 at 6:00PM.
